01/05/2007 Debit Resources begins the integration of the IVRpay™ System with Secure Cash Network. Secure Cash Network is a fully integrated technology, payment processing and money services platform for the development, marketing and support of innovative financial services. SCN issues branded prepaid debit products like First Debit™ and Pronto Banco™, as well as providing private-label programs and processing solutions for industry partners, distributors, retailers and marketers. SCN also acquired in 2005 Latin Trans, a licensed money remitter with more than 60 offices aross the US and more than 80,000 financial institutions, exchange centers, agents and ATMs abroad to deliver funds.

12/18/2006 Debit Resources completes the integration of its money transfer module to allow debit card programs utilizing the IVRpay™ System to transfer money using third-party licensed money remitters. Debit Resources is the first processor-neutral IVR system that allows debit card companies to utilize the payout networks of licensed money remitters abroad. One of the biggest obstacles of debit card issuers with a focus on the international money remittance market is the acceptance of a debit card as a means of receiving money in destination countries. Utilizing the IVRpay™ System, any debit card issuer in the USA can immediatly send money transfers to family and friends abroad without the need for that person to have a debit card. This system allows debit card issuers in the USA to immediately take advantage of the dozens of payout networks available worldwide without the expense, and more importantly time frame, to build their own networks.

11/09/2006 Debit Resources completes the integration of its IVRpay™ System with Altair Financial Services. Altair is a provider of global pre-paid solutions, headquartered in London with offices in Atlanta and Zurich and banking and processing affiliates in UK, Florida and throughout the Latin America and Caribbean regions. Altair is a company that provides mobile money and financial solutions utilising traditional and non traditional banking media. The company specialises in telephone cash management and movement, pre-paid technologies and money transfer.

09/18/2006 Debit Resources adds WorldTron, Inc. to its IVRpay™ System. WorldTron specializes in stored valued debit cards and payment solutions in the national, state, and local government sectors, including payment solutions required by law enforcement, probation offices, and correctional facilities.

08/07/2006 Debit Resources adds International ChargeKard Services to its IVRpay™ System. ChargeKard is a global payment system powered by the Visa Network good wherever Visa cards are accepted. ChargeKard enables fast and secure processing and transfers of multi-currency payments across international borders. ChargeKard flexibility allows holders to manage all of their payment needs anytime, anywhere, in any currency. Global payments are sent and received on-line instantly. International ChargeKard Services is the system’s operator with headquarters in London, England.

05/05/2006 Debit Resources adds Celebrity Marketing Ventures to its IVRpay™ System. Celebrity Marketing Ventures, Inc. was established with the mission to market and distribute celebrity-endorsed personal use prepaid debit cards. The Celebrity product, named the DYNASIS™ Visa® Prepaid Card, launched in October, 2005 and is currently being tested in small markets across the U.S. The card's first national advertising campaign featured Major League Baseball Players, through a licensing agreement with Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA). The Celebrity second national campaign, featuring a well-known sports celebrity, is set to debut in July, 2006.

03/13/2006 Debit Resources adds Unlimited Diversity to its IVRpay™ System. Unlimited Diversity, Inc., a provider of prepaid products and services for BankFirst and MasterCard International Inc., has launched the PODER Payroll MasterCard program. The PODER MasterCard Card has been developed to target the needs of Hispanic immigrants in the United States. Benefits include the loading and reloading via direct deposit of payroll; cash loading can be done in tens of thousands of locations that participate in the Green Dot Financial Network.

01/23/2006 Debit Resources adds The BMU Group to its IVRpay™ System. The BMU Group is an Incentive and Motivation company that specializes in the design, administration, and implementation of Debit card programs to Fortune 1000 companies and consumers in the retail market. The BMU Group consists of WM&I, our Corporate Incentive Company and World-Wide Card Solutions our Consumer Retail Company. The BMU Group is a Member Service Provider for MasterCard (MSP) sponsored by BankFirst Corp, one of the largest distributors of Debit Card products in the world. The BMU Group clients include Cumulus Media, La-z-y Boy, Phillip Morris, (Miller Beer & Kraft Foods) Comcast Cable, Lexmark Printing, Bank One, MARTA (Atlanta Rapid Transit), NORTA (New Orleans Rapid Transit) American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. The BMU Group is a Tier One supplier with Daimler Chrysler and will supply Debit Cards to DCX worldwide.

11/01/2005 Debit Resources begins the integration of the IVRpay™ System with Concord EFS, a FirstData company. Concord EFS, Inc. is a vertically-integrated electronic transaction processor that acquires, routes, authorizes, captures, and settles virtually all types of electronic payment, including debit transactions for financial institutions and merchants nationwide. Concord EFS primary activities consist of Network Services and Payment Services. Network Services provide automated teller machine (ATM) processing, debit card processing, deposit risk management, and coast-to-coast debit network access principally for financial institutions. Payment Services provide payment processing for supermarkets, major retailers, petroleum dealers, convenience stores, restaurants, trucking companies, and independent retailers.

10/08/2005 Debit Resources adds the Total Cash Access (TCA) card from TCA Financial Services, LLC to its IVRpay™ System. TCA Financial Services, LLC is a privately held corporation which specializes in delivering private labeled and generic Stored Value Card products to affinity groups and demographic constituencies. The consumer tailored product offering includes personal financial services including Prepaid Card Accounts, and online Bill Payment. 07/01/2005 Debit Resources has announced today they have completed the complete migration to becoming a facilities-based provider of Enhanced Services. Becoming a facilities-based provider enables Debit Resources to continue to develop leading edge applications for the Stored Value, Debit, & Gift Card industry, while also expanding its service offerings to include Unified Messaging, Conference Calling, Voice Mail, Toll-Free and Local Access numbers, as well as other traditional and customized technology and telecom applications and services. Debit Resources has chosen the Infomart in Dallas, Texas, to locate its Secure Telecom and Data Center.
